The Founders Advisors Team is excited to announce Ken May as a speaker for Brands Y’all 2024!

Ken May is a Consumer executive with decades of leadership experience building winning cultures, best-in-class operational excellence, and outstanding customer service. He began his career at FedEx, where he led Operations for FedEx Express and eventually became the CEO of FedEx Kinko’s. After FedEx, Ken became President and COO of Krispy Kreme. He became CEO of TopGolf in 2017 and led the company through explosive growth. May joined Urban Air Adventure Park in 2018 as its Executive Chairman. Later that year, he delved back into golf, becoming CEO of Drive Shack, a growing golf entertainment company.

Today, Ken serves as CEO of JumpShot, a tech-enabled basketball entertainment company. An executive dedicated to his employees, May has transformed the culture of every company he has led. He understands that winning teams are built from the ground up versus top down. Ken believes that every employee in the company has the responsibility to serve their customers. He teaches his teams that customers can be defined in many ways – from how front-line employees serve the end consumer to how the CEO serves his Executive Leadership team. Every company Ken has led has improved its culture which has led to transformational customer service and bottom-line results.

Brands Y’all Consumer Summit is scheduled for April 22nd – April 24th, 2024.
